The Website is intended solely for access and use by individuals 18 years of age and older. By accessing and using the Website, you are certifying that you are at least 18 years old. "You" or "your" means an adult user of the Website for itself and you as parent or guardian for any minor who you allow to access the Website, for whom you will be held strictly responsible. Your use of the Website indicates that you are bound by this Agreement with us. If you don't agree with any of these terms and conditions, don't use the Website. We encourage you to review the Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy which is incorporated by this reference, as they form a binding agreement between DDO and you. In addition, DDO may revise these Terms of Use from time to time, in our discretion, so you should check back periodically to familiarize yourself with any changes. When we make changes we will post the updated Terms of Use on the Website. The changes become effective immediately at the time of posting.
